Louisville woman accused of stabbing boyfriend in head, back and chest

A Louisville woman was arrested Monday after police say she stabbed a man all over his body, leaving him hospitalized with serious injuries. According to an arrest warrant, it happened on Saturday at a home in the 3200 block of New Lynnview Drive, off Cane Run Road.  Police say they were called to the home after someone reported a stabbing.

Norton opens new Breast Health Center in east Louisville

The Norton Breast Health Center opened Monday, on the campus of Norton Brownsboro Hospital, at 4915 Norton Healthcare Boulevard.  According to a news release, the center provides "comprehensive, patient-centered care and services from one convenient location." In addition to offering mammograms, the center will focus on care for benign and malignant breast diseases, including cancer, detection of a palpable mass or lump, breast pain and skin integrity issues.

Louisville police looking for PNC Bank robbery suspect

According to police, the robbery happened at the PNC Bank located at 1301 Bardstown Road, near Longest Avenue, in the Highlands neighborhood around 2 p.m. on Oct. 12. Police say the suspect is a black male, about 6'0, weighs between 180 and 200 pounds, and is between 30 and 35 years old.
