The Lexington Police Department says they've arrested a man who allegedly exposed himself and masturbated in front of a woman in a store parking lot. Police say, Dale Becker, 39, of West Columbia, has been charged with indecent exposure for the incident that happened in the Lexington Pavillion parking lot, located in the 5100 block of Sunset Boulevard, on Nov. 24. The victim says around 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 24, she saw Becker driving up and down the parking lot near the Target store in that shopping center.
